U know what indian justice system is one of joke in its name itself .... If u have money kill 2 people by porshe.... Pay money write essay... Go out for next hunt..... You don't have money get murdered by police in name of incounter coz u asked question to government.... Thanks to government which make this happen...earn money you can even buy judge...

Misuse of 498A is not isolated cases. Some surveys show more than half of those cases are false. Greedy lawyers encourage to file these cases against men so the process of going court becomes punishment itself. Thank god it became bailable because when it was non bailable offence women used this to put their husband and inlaws behind bars.
