India didn't miss the industrial revolution by accident. It was deindustrialized on purpose — Dhaka's weavers weren't outcompeted, they were policy-killed. Then we skipped manufacturing entirely and jumped straight to services. Now 90% of 'tech jobs' are BPO and maintenance work — executing someone else's code, answering someone else's customers. The whole education system optimizes for placement, not creation. We don't produce founders, we produce package-chasers. Colonialism exported our cotton. The IT boom exported our engineers. Different era, same drain.

How I bought 4 properties in Bangalore, all along with Salary.

I Started my job in Bangalore in 2019, when everyone including Finfluencers, my friend circle, suggested to invest in markets with SIP, blah blah. I choose the other way around. Played on leverage, with every salary hike and promotion, i had a plan in my mind , paid the down payments and rest on leverage. Now two of my properties are self financing with rental income and for two properties one I am staying in and other one under construction.

2 - 3BHK, 1 plot and 1 5bhk villa, all with good societies and reputed builders.

Abhijit Banerjee's explanation of why lump-sum aid works better than monthly transfers is groundbreaking. His Kenya experiment showing that a 2-year lump sum created more businesses than 12 years of monthly payments perfectly illustrates the S-shaped poverty trap curve. This is the kind of evidence-based economics India needs to hear more about.
