How I bought 4 properties in Bangalore, all along with Salary.
I Started my job in Bangalore in 2019, when everyone including Finfluencers, my friend circle, suggested to invest in markets with SIP, blah blah. I choose the other way around. Played on leverage, with every salary hike and promotion, i had a plan in my mind , paid the down payments and rest on leverage. Now two of my properties are self financing with rental income and for two properties one I am staying in and other one under construction.
2 - 3BHK, 1 plot and 1 5bhk villa, all with good societies and reputed builders.
