I am a 31-year-old man, and my parents are discussing my marriage. However, after seeing so many divorce cases, cheating incidents, and extramarital affairs on social media, I feel very scared and anxious from the inside. Even before the relationship has started, I already have a negative mindset. I don't even know the woman I may marry yet, but I keep thinking that she might cheat on me or create problems in my family.
Whenever I open social media, I come across videos of women insulting their husbands, abusing their in-laws, fighting with their families, or talking negatively about marriage and relationships. Seeing such content repeatedly has made me fearful and suspicious, even though I haven't met the woman yet. I don't understand why these thoughts and fears affect me so strongly.
