I absolutely HATE this fantasy and romanticising of marriage as if it's a beautiful thing for most couples to be together and they are being a pillar of support for each other. That is NONSENSE.
Most couples are frustrated and unfulfilled because they are not meant to be with each other forever. So marriage isn't some highway to great companionship that these two want to make it seem.
