Finally a podcast which is discussing how poor India actually is and not being delusional about how rich our country is. Also, I am surprised by all these podcasters who can't differentiate between GDP and GDP per Capita and where and how it should be used. I mean how much time does it take to google it.

His Kenya experiment showing that a 2-year lump sum created more businesses than 12 years of monthly payments perfectly illustrates the S-shaped poverty trap curve. This is the kind of evidence-based economics India needs to hear more about.
