Hi Sharan,
Could you please ask your team to maintain the same audio volume for the intro as well as the main video?
The volume of the main video is always much lower than the intro and even lower than other similiar videos on youtube.
I fail to understand why no one from your 75 member team or the editing agency has ever brought this to your attention or has attempted to fix it.
