This is true and everyone stays busy with their own work all day and remains serious, but when talking with a friend or with those who have a partner, talking to their partner, even if it's useless chatter and meaningless conversations, both the mind and heart feel very free and sleep at night becomes much more peaceful. The desire to work the next day comes automatically. Having a friend like this in life is definitely necessary. Even if I stay busy all day, before sleeping I talk to my best friend for at least 5 minutes. I don't have many friends, only 2–3 close ones. Whether it's random nonsense, talking about how the whole day went, or sharing when we're feeling sad, we talk and then sleep. It keeps the mind fresh and light. They are the best therapists; there’s no need for a separate therapist.
