The 32 Cr house of Juhu is best for living purpose. Spacious, kitchen is better, lighting etc. The only thing that makes the 60 Cr apartment better is the party place and terrace, but again it's a maintenance headache and how often does one want to party, the 28Cr difference is not worth it, according to me.
