That was a great podcast sharan bro was very crisp and clear but my concern is still nation's 80 percent of money still stuck in real estate don't know why this sector so overglorified even though lot of uncertainty around this sector over inflated prices no where justified highly illiquidate title issues stamp duties charges Registration charges brokerages maintenance costs property taxes still no safeties on regulations etc thanks for you to educating and transform generations to be a smart investor by selecting good Investment choices
