PM or finance minister is not a fool or jealous about you buying gold , india is not mining gold we need import we need to pay in dollars, for almost everything that we import we can't avoid or reduce importing oil so atleast importing gold can save crashing indian currency over dollars. Finally indias GDP will affect again u will question them only.
