Okay guys let me tell u all one thing:-
In places like delhi gurgaon mumbai the price of the land is not that much costly as it is said , the reality is that the flats or the house made are very very costly which increases their price that's why the middle class people are unable to buy those very luxury apartments and all . The demand of middle class family type houses are a lot but the supply is very less which makes the prices hike very much . So its a request to Make these apartments and houses according to middle class more as their demand is very much then the rich class
