Hi saran, I have three questions, and I'd really appreciate your guidance.
1)Which investment has historically delivered the best long-term returns: commercial real estate, residential plots/land, gold, or mutual funds? I've watched many podcasts and videos, but I'm still confused. Could you explain the pros, cons, expected long-term returns, risks, liquidity, and which option is generally better for wealth creation?
2)I currently own land worth around ₹50 lakhs. Should I sell it and invest the entire amount in mutual funds while continuing a SIP, or should I keep the land as it is?
3)Or would it be better to sell only 50% of the land and invest that amount in mutual funds, while retaining the remaining land?
