Nice walkthrough of the trip planning. Very glad that you are listing out the great places you enjoyed eating at for all the foodies (like me 😬).
One thing I felt majorly missing particularly in this trip is, because the Accor option is no longer available on Axis cards, that kind of trip is not possible to replicate (other hotel chains need huge amount of points for dynamically priced room rates). Also, Infinia may not be with everyone.
If Aly could share alternatives based on stack of Burgundy/Atlas and AmEx Plat Travel stack, that would be icing on the cake. (I guess HSBC Premiere is only other option for Accor).
I’m really looking forward to the US trip hacks also!
