Bro, just get a decent 3-4 bhk rental in andheri juhu area and forget all this buying and selling … anyways you will be traveling a lot and you can always entertain in a hotel and claim it as office expenses … even ppl who stay for a long time move after 10-15 years .. absolutely no point in buying at such ridiculous prices
