Why is no one talking about how detailed and clearly she answered the question? She highlighted the problem that BMC face and brought attention to an issue many people overlook. Her answer has the potential to change the perspective of so many people.
We should encourage officers like her. It's because of dedicated IPS and IAS officers like this that India continues to function despite all the challenges. Otherwise, many politicians would have already looted everything.
