Mam please visit Malaysia if you haven’t already. I’ve been living here for more than a decade. 90%+ roads are made from bitumen and I’m yet to find a pothole ridden road. This is a tropical country and it rains almost everyday.
We are proud of what you have done for Mumbai and agree with everything, except for potholes management.
