How biased he is towards women he is saying a women will not file criminal case against her husband until she driven to it
Indirectly he already accepted women always say truth
Ignoring all men issues and misuse of already biased laws he is insisting to make one more biased law
Assuming women won't misuse they are the one who is innocent
