Excellent conversation! This is exactly the kind of dialogue we need. It would be wonderful to invite more IAS, IPS, Municipal Commissioners, District Collectors, Chief Secretaries, and other experienced public administrators to the podcast. Hearing directly from the officers responsible for managing our cities, districts, and states helps citizens understand the challenges, trade-offs, and decision-making behind governance. Such open, transparent discussions can bridge the gap between the public and the administration, replace assumptions with informed perspectives, strengthen trust, and encourage greater civic participation. I hope this becomes a regular series featuring public servants from different sectors of governance.
