1:47:21 things I do to help myself are: learning a new language (korean),using my muscle memory for major tasks so i usually focus on things that are more important to have called concentration on, doing maths ( usually practicing sat questions 😅 or maths since I'm a litrature addict,and a right brain person), playing chess and for at least fifteen minutes in a day,and practicing dancing or something else that makes me feel I'm growing ❤❤
