Ladies who work for IT , BT and other companies are pressurized to work for more than 11 to 12 hours. Even if the concerned lady goes on leave (even to outstations) on important personal work, they are forced to carry the laptop and attend to work online 'inbetween important personal or family work/functions'. I am sorry to utter this most bitter truth of these days - even in a house where death has occurred, there also the ladies are pressurized to work with their laptops. Except the HR department fellows, everyone MUST work, that's the unwritten law of corporate life. You say ladies should beget more children. Please correct the root cause first. Mr. Madan, you are smart. Kindly bring out the unfortunate sufferings of corporate lady employees. Here, the funniest part is, that the lady bosses are inconsistent and selfish.
