Good to see you speaking about supporting people from other regions outside Chennai. That’s a positive message.
At the same time, when Chennai faces difficulties, I believe people from other regions should also stand with Chennai. I was in Chennai during the 2015 floods, and I saw how many people were focused on finding ways to leave the city. But it’s also important to think about those who remain behind and how they will survive. During such times, people need support and helping hands.
Just because your hometown or region is safe doesn’t mean you should simply leave Chennai without helping those affected. I’m not from Chennai myself, but I experienced the 2015 floods there, and it showed me the importance of standing together during a crisis.
We should see Tamil Nadu as one state and support one another during difficult times, regardless of which district or region we come from.
