Actually as per our constitution The CM is responsible for law and order at state level.. But once after the particular murder or any incident happened like this ,then court is the final deciding Authority . BUT till that CM of particular state is responsible to prevent such incidents ,so for that the CM can take any measures ,means by placing police forces in these kinds of fort and placing all the AI -based cameras with advanced technology for monitoring such incidents and take action..preventing these kinds of incidents and take actions respectively..
