I don't know the whole situation of his grandparents of both the sides but is there any chance either of the side of grandparents can come to your house permanently and they can stay with you and the house in which they live in AP that could be put on rent and the emi thing can be done without selling the plot and they monthly expenses part where in they send 10k each atleast that can be reduced to a little extent.
