Let me first give you a background- I am an IITian working in IT for 15 years. I watch your videos because it has a value metric in it. I may or may not align with proposals in the video but it adds a new perspective or increments on something that I already knew.
But this has come to you because you have built some credibility. This brings accountability on you to make sure you deliver every time.
Frankly this video felt like a big promotion. It might be just me and I could be wrong as well. But trust is something that can be lost in only a couple of touch points.
