I am am an MBBS doctor 24 passout just when I passed out I had an offer of 10 LPA from tata hospital Jamshedpur. Had a rural service bond for 10 lakhs so decided to let that offer go and do the bond, as it was paying me 60k monthly. after NEET PG 2025 i joined a newly opened hospital in ratlam as a side hustle for a few months, was getting paid 60k a month there, worked there for 3 months. Basically entire point is MBBS doctors in periphery are earning upwards of 2 lakhs per month. I've been there seen them print money, besides that referrals from pathology, radiology and other corporate referrals also pays. So this might be his situation, but with a little effort he could easily come out of his situation.
